Mostly sunny this morning then sunny this afternoon and cooler. Highs in the mid 40s-50. High pressure will deliver a cooler day with high temperatures a good 10-12 degrees cooler than what we had on Thursday. Since today will be cooler, we do expect tonight to be colder with lows in the lower-mid 20s expected. Winds today will be from the northwest at 5-10 mph. Sunrise: 6:57 a.m., Sunset: 5:04 p.m. Wind: NW at 5-10 m.p.h. Friday night: Mostly clear and colder. Lows in the lower-mid 20s. If you are attending area high school football games this evening we do expect game-time temperatures in the mid 30s and then upper 20s-lower 30s by the conclusion of the games. Stay warm! Saturday, November 22

Mostly sunny to partly cloudy and milder. Highs in the lower-mid 50s. We have a cold start this morning for the WRAL Raleigh Christmas parade with 10am temperatures in the upper 30s and noon time temperatures in the upper 40s. If you are headed to the parade in downtown Raleigh, make sure you are dressed warmly. Later this afternoon, it should feel pretty good with temperatures warmer than what we felt on Friday.
