Tuesday, March 31

Mostly sunny and chilly this morning then mostly sunny, windy and much warmer this afternoon. Highs in the upper 60s-mid 70s. High pressure will direct a warmer flow of air into the region this afternoon which will really help temperatures rise. With the bright skies, drier air and strong winds we have increased fire danger across the region. Be careful if you are working with any open flame today as any fires that start could spread rapidly in the environmental conditions that will exist this afternoon. Sunrise: 7:02 a.m., Sunset: 7:36 p.m. Wind: SW at 10-20 m.p.h. Tuesday night: Mostly clear and chilly. Lows in the mid 40s. Winds from the northwest at 5 mph. We do have a weak cool front moving through the area which will bring a slightly cooler air mass in place for the day Wednesday. This cooling is reflected in the 7Day forecast.

Wednesday, April 1

Mostly sunny and cooler. Highs in the mid 60s-70. High pressure builds into the region behind last nights cold front which will deliver some cooler air for the day. It is a one day cool off since we will be back into the 70s for highs Thursday. Sunrise: 7:01 a.m., Sunset: 7:37 p.m. Wind: N at 5-10 m.p.h. Wednesday night: Mostly clear and chilly. Lows in the lower-mid 40s. Winds from the south at 5 mph.

Thursday, April 2

Partly cloudy, windy and warmer. Highs in the mid-upper 70s. It's back to the southerly wind today and a good transport of warmer air into the region. We are following our next cold front that is poised to approach the state on Friday with a chance for a shower then actually move through the state Saturday with a better chance for some rain. Sunrise: 6:59 a.m., Sunset: 7:38 p.m. Wind: S/SW at 15-20 m.p.h. Thursday night: Mostly cloudy

Friday, April 3

Partly cloudy and windy with a slight chance for some showers. Highs in the upper 70s to perhaps 80. Our highs today will be dictated by the amount of sunshine we see. Sunrise: 6:58 a.m., Sunset: 7:38 p.m. Wind: SW at 15-20 m.p.h. Friday night: Mostly cloudy, chance of rain

Saturday, April 4

Partly to mostly cloudy skies with some rain possible in the morning and perhaps increasing sunshine in the afternoon. Highs in the 60s. We are following the movement of the front closely today since it is quite possible the rain could end quickly this morning, leaving with sunshine and dry weather this afternoon. The timing right now is not set in stone, but it is possible it will only be a morning rain. Sunrise: 6:56 a.m., Sunset: 7:39 p.m. Wind: NW at 5-15 m.p.h. Saturday night: Clear and cooler

Sunday, April 5
